Global Packaging Systems can provide a variety of inspection, rework, and recouping services for damage products.
We are also able to break down pallets and inspect products for correct weights or counts (either 100% inspection or by sample lots).
Standard procedure for rework would be: to inspect, identify, sort, recoup as requested by the customer and dispose of damaged product and packaging.
Additionally, we can provide new cartons, if needed, and print the appropriate product and lot code detail. We are able to correct outer carton printing errors on product that may already be in your supply chain.
